the 60 experts were selected from various fields such as health care, basic education, and entrepreneurship and employment. The experts managed an appointment system for a term of 3 years. Several groups of women and children and health, women and children and legal protection, women and economy were set up respectively. Each group was led by well-known experts in the domain and 5-7 people in each group. It will provide advice and professional argumentation for the formulation and revision of relevant laws and regulations, policy measures and planning outline of women and children in the province, and carry out the research on the key and difficult problems of the development of women and children.
