the Arctic Pavilion is located on the North Bank of Daming Lake. It is the largest Taoist temple in Ji'nan. The Arctic Pavilion is also known as the true temple, also known as the temple of the Arctic. According to records, the temple was built in seventeen yuan (1280) from the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty to the Yuan Dynasty. Ming Yongle and Chenghua rebuilt two times, and many repairs were made in the Qing Dynasty. Before the "Cultural Revolution", there were still two yuan tortoise snake sculptures in the Arctic Pavilion, and the wooden carving attendant of the Ming Dynasty during the Yongle period. In the cultural revolution, the gods, murals and utensils in the temple were destroyed. In 1980, in order to restore the ancient monuments, the gods were remodeled and murals were rebuilt in accordance with the old principles. It is completed in September 1983.
