济南市表彰见义勇为人员277名，14人评获全国先进个人

12月13日，记者从济南市委、市政府召开的新闻发布会上了解到，近年来，济南市不断加大见义勇为表彰力度，广泛宣传善行义举，全市表彰见义勇为人员277名，其中，14人被评为全国先进个人，84人被评为省级先进个人。

济南市广泛宣传善行义举，让见义勇为氛围更加浓厚。组织见义勇为模范宣讲活动，开展见义勇为公益宣传，举办见义勇为知识竞答，传播见义勇为精神，弘扬社会主义核心价值观。
拓宽宣传渠道，建立新闻主流媒体、新媒体融合宣传模式，报道见义勇为事迹370余次。近年来，中央电视台报道了“泉城4个蜘蛛侠”的见义勇为事迹，济南老虎山隧道救火群体当选中国“平安之星”，全社会崇尚见义勇为的氛围更加浓厚。
此外，济南市还通过健全完善长效机制，让见义勇为保障更加有力。
济南市出台了《关于进一步完善见义勇为表彰奖励和保护工作的实施意见》，年拨付200万元专项资金，用于见义勇为表彰奖励、救助帮扶。目前，见义勇为模范、先进个人奖励标准提高到5万元、2万元，对生活特别困难见义勇为人员每月资助600-800元。
研究出台了《关于将无偿捐献造血干细胞志愿者纳入见义勇为表彰奖励的意见》，将有见义勇为行为的网格员、辅警、保安、银行职员等纳入表彰范围，扩大了表彰范围。积极动员各界力量参与群防群治，“泉城义警”品牌引领成效显著，“智慧群防工作平台”注册人员21.9万人，社会各界参与平安创建的热情更加高涨。
