4, District Civil Affairs Department for examination and approval: the District Civil Affairs Department is responsible for the examination and approval of the urban minimum allowances, and approves those who meet the requirements. After the approval of the District Civil Affairs Department, the applicant's community should publish the examination and approval results in time, and the time should be no less than 3 days, and accept the supervision of the masses. There is no objection to the "minimum living guarantee for urban residents" issued by the Provincial Department of civil affairs by the community.
