in accordance with the unified deployment of the provincial health department, this year, the monitoring task of food safety risk in our city mainly includes monitoring of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food and monitoring two items of food microorganism and its pathogenic factors. The monitoring of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food includes routine monitoring of 11 kinds of food products and special monitoring of 12 kinds of food. Monitoring of food microorganisms and their pathogenic factors includes routine monitoring of 10 kinds of food. In combination with the actual characteristics of the whole city's food production and breeding, food production and processing, circulation and food and beverage consumption, the city's food safety risk monitoring program in 2013 has been formulated to strengthen the ability to warn and control food borne diseases in an all-round way.
