Don't eat more carrots for the baby
generally speaking, the baby is born 4-6 months later, because of the perfect digestive function, mother can add food to it. Carrot mud is of course a very important kind of food.
carrot has high nutritional value, rich in carotene, and is among the best in vegetables. Carotene can be converted into vitamin A in the intestinal wall and liver cells for the use of the human body, and 70 of the vitamin A needed by normal people is changed from carotene.
vitamin A plays an important role in the integrity of skin and mucous membrane, improving immune function, preventing respiratory and urinary tract infection, promoting the growth and development of children, and participating in the formation of photoreceptor in the retina. When the mother can do this:
1. will wash the carrots, peel and middle hard heart, cut into small pieces, add proper amount of water to boil, with a spoon of mud, add a little sugar or salt, into a milk cake or rice paste to the same food.
2. fry the carrots, then add the juice extractor to the mud, and add the right amount of fish soup. The taste is good, and the nutrition is rich.
3. wash fresh carrot and use the juicer to form mud. Some mothers think that since carrots are rich in nutrition and children love to eat, eat lots of carrots.
but, you know, carrots eat too much, the baby will suffer from high carotene blood, the baby's skin will be yellow. Carrots contain a lot of carotene. If you eat a large number of carrots in a short time, the carotene intake will be too much, the liver is too late to convert it into vitamin A, and the excess carotene will flow all over the body with the blood. There is no yellow stain on the forehead, but the sclera and mucosa are not yellow. This is different from the jaundice caused by hepatitis, but there are no other symptoms. Severe dyed yellow spots can spread throughout the body, while the baby may develop nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and general weakness. Some children will appear in TCM, such as glossitis, periodontitis, and laryngitis. However, if the baby has hypercarotenemia, the mother should not be too nervous. Because if you stop eating carrots for a few days, your baby's skin will fade. Of course, after all, hypercarotenemia is a pathological process, and if the baby really has this situation, mother will not continue to eat carrots to the baby.
