The survey samples were extracted from 6000 permanent residents aged 18 to 60 by telephone. Compared with the 2008 survey, education satisfaction in 12 cities rose, education satisfaction in 18 cities declined, and the first fall in the passing of the passing line - the two cities in Wuhan and Xi'an were ranked in the last two.
