according to the introduction, from September 28, 2015 (from September 28th to 30th for the trial operation of the new procedure), the business administration and market supervision and management departments at all levels in the city shall issue a business license loaded with unified code for the application of the enterprises, change the registration and change the photos, and show them on the public credit information platform of the enterprise. When an enterprise has established a change registration or application for a change, the original business license, the organization code certificate, the original certificate of the tax registration certificate shall be submitted to the enterprise registration authority, and the newspaper reports of the lost notice shall be submitted.
October 1, 2015 to December 31, 2017 for the transitional period of reform. The enterprises registered before the reform should handle the business license renewal procedures during the transitional period. During the period of the transition, the unexchanged license of the enterprise can continue to be used after January 1, 2018, and the business license which is loaded with unified code is used to deal with the related business, and the unchanged evidence is no longer valid.
City Trade and Industry Bureau official said that the relevant codes can be downloaded on the website of Ji'nan industrial and commercial bureau, and can be freely collected at all levels of the registration authority window. The old forms were still used by enterprises pretrial by the Internet before September 25th, but the new related forms were complements, and the old registration forms were no longer used after October 20th.
