today, Ji'nan Environmental Protection Bureau announced Ji'nan March and the first quarter of the environmental air quality. Compared with the same period last year, the comprehensive improvement rate of inhalable particulate matter (PM10), fine particulate matter (PM2.5), sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide in Ji'nan was 22% in the first quarter of this year.
the number of sky and white clouds in the first quarter was increased by 4 days
1-3 months compared with the same period last year. Four pollutants in Ji'nan were inhalable particulate matter (PM10) 0.180mg/m3, PM2.5 0.093mg/m3, sulfur dioxide 0.079mg/m3, and nitrogen dioxide 0.056mg/m3. They exceed 1.57 times, 1.66 times, 0.32 times and 0.4 times of the two level of ambient air quality standard (GB3095-2012), respectively. The average value of PM10, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide is 4.6%, 4.2% and 7.2% higher than that of 13 two types of cities in our province, and the average value of the 13 two cities is 6.9% lower than that of the 13.
compared with the same period last year, the 1 quarter inhalable particles (PM10), fine particles (PM2.5), sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide were improved by 16.7%, 22.5%, 30.1% and 15.2% respectively, and the comprehensive improvement rate was 22%. The improvement rate in the 17 cities of the province ranked third, fourth, third and 3 respectively, ranking third, third, second and 2 in 13 two cities.
the number of blue sky and white clouds in the 1 quarter was 30 days, ranking fifteenth in the province, eleventh in 13 two cities, an increase of 4 days over the same period last year.
with the implementation of the second stage of the six local air pollutant emission standards in Shandong, the emission of major pollutants in Ji'nan has been continuously reduced. It is understood that since the implementation of the "ten major actions" for the prevention and control of air pollution, in accordance with the specific requirements for the implementation of the action plan for industrial pollution sources, Ji'nan has strengthened the emission regulation of the industrial sources to reach the standard. In January 2015, a special inspection and monitoring of industrial furnaces was carried out in the whole city. A total of 12 exceeding the standard units were found and carried out in February. The announcement and punishment of the relevant units were filed, and the continuous supervision of industrial furnaces was effectively deterred by environmental penalties.
11 days in March, "blue sky and white clouds"
March, Ji'nan four pollutants concentration of inhalable particles (PM10) 0.185mg/m3, fine particles (PM2.5) 0.080mg/m3, sulfur dioxide 0.065mg/m3, nitrogen dioxide 0.050mg/m3. They exceed 1.64 times, 1.29 times, 0.08 times and 0.25 times of the two level of ambient air quality standard (GB3095-2012), respectively. The average value of PM10, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide is 6.9%, 6.6% and 4.2% higher than that of 13 two types of cities in our province, and the average value of the 13 two cities is 4.8% lower than that of the 13.
compared with the same period last year, the inhalable particles (PM10), fine particles (PM2.5), sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide were improved by 8%, 11.1%, 17.7% and 13.8% respectively, and the comprehensive improvement rate was 11.9%. The improvement rate was tenth, fifteenth, fourteenth and 8 in 17 cities in the province, and seventh, eleventh, tenth and 5 in 13 two cities respectively.
in March, the number of blue sky and white clouds was 11 days, ranking sixteenth in the province, and twelfth in 13 two cities, 1 days less than the same period last year.
March, the lowest concentration of PM10 is the high-tech zone, 0.158mg/m3; the highest is Huaiyin District, 0.206mg/m3. The 6 districts improved year by year, the largest was the hi tech Zone, an improvement of 20.2% over the same period last year, and a 6% deterioration in the Changqing area compared to the same period last year. The lowest concentration of PM2.5 is the high tech Zone, 0.068mg/m3, and the highest is Tianqiao District, 0.085mg/m3. The 7 districts improved year-on-year, the largest in Changqing District, an improvement of 19% over the same period last year. The maximum concentration of PM2.5/PM10 in the 7 districts is the flyover area, the ratio is 0.47, the lowest is Huaiyin District, and the ratio is 0.4.
