Complaints about the quality of the car account for more than 90% of the total
recently, the China Quality Association user committee automobile quality and service tracking station and car man network issued a complaint analysis report on the quality and service quality of China's auto products in the three quarter of 2010. The report shows that the number of complaints in the third quarter of this year is 7.4% higher than the same period last year. The total complaints in the first three quarters have reached over 90% in the last year, and the problem of automobile product quality and service still needs to be paid more attention.
