previously can only secretly carry out private car oil to gas, is expected to officially ban. The reporter learned that in the Ji'nan Municipal People's government issued "Ji'nan air pollution prevention and control action plan (one phase)", it is clear that the provincial capital should be introduced in the use of motor vehicle oil to gas management measures, to standardize the refitting of fuel vehicles into natural gas vehicles, and to strengthen supervision and management.
with the continuous rise of fuel prices, many owners want to replace gasoline with cheaper natural gas as motor fuel. Moreover, with the aggravation of fog and haze in recent years, the voice of private car oil changing to gas is getting higher and higher. Reporters learned that in the province, most cities have released restrictions on private car oil to gas. In October 30th of this year, there were 1049 vehicle gas cylinder units in our province to obtain the qualification of vehicle gas cylinders issued by the quality supervision department. The registration of vehicle gas cylinders in the province was 910 thousand, of which the number of cars installed by private cars was about 650 thousand, which also meant that about 650 thousand private cars in our province had changed gas. However, Ji'nan, Qingdao and other places still expressly prohibit private cars from converting oil to gas, otherwise they can not pass the annual inspection of vehicles.
at present, there is no shortage of qualified automobile repair factories in the capital city, so some private car owners and even units are quietly changing the oil to gas. Reporters in an oil to gas modification point to see, some driving schools even quietly changed the coach car to oil to gas. However, because of the annual inspection, these vehicles have to come back before the annual inspection to remove the oil to gas installation, and then install them after the annual inspection. This situation is expected to change with the implementation of the Ji'nan air pollution prevention action plan (phase I). Because "the plan" clearly put forward, "introduced in the use of motor vehicle oil to gas management measures, fuel vehicles to be converted to natural gas vehicles, to strengthen supervision and management."
in addition, the provincial capital will also accelerate the promotion of vehicle natural gas, encourage the selection of energy saving and environmental protection models, and increase the use of clean energy such as natural gas in transportation and transportation. In 2014, 500 new taxis and existing taxis were replaced by new energy vehicles or clean fuel cars. By 2015, 90% of the taxis, more than 45% of the buses used natural gas, 15% of the buses and 5% of the heavy trucks were LNG.
