August 17, the "one-stop" real-time settlement system of hospitalization expenses for impoverished patients with credit cards in rural areas of Jinan was officially launched in 95 designated hospitals to realize the automatic identification of the identity information of the impoverished population, hospitalization and medical treatment. Automated verification of reimbursement amount, quick settlement of claims without information in medical commercial supplementary insurance, and instant settlement of self-paid expenses. This will further improve the informationization level and efficiency of poverty alleviation work in our city, give full play to the insurance function of risk protection, and effectively promote the stability of the poor people out of poverty. The system is developed on the basis of the settlement platform of the medical insurance for the residents of our city. It coordinates the basic medical insurance for the rural residents, the insurance for the serious illness of the residents, the civil aid, the supplementary insurance for the medical business and the precise poverty alleviation policy for the medical treatment. It provides convenience services for the residents in poverty and promotes the precise poverty alleviation policy of insurance. Policy measures are better landing.
