"Your advice really can't help me." This is probably the most painful struggle of depressed patients.
people who are depressed by depression or may have been depressed,
may often receive all kinds of kindness raised by relatives and friends around them. All kinds of advice:
"want to open a bit... No big deal... "
"it's better to get out of the heart..."
"buy a new dress and have a good time..."
...
although we all know, these suggestions are out of good intentions,
but are they really useful?
the answer may be negative...
even these harmless good intentions,
will cause greater psychological stress to patients with depression.
below is a patient deeply troubled by depression,
a frank response to all the suggestions he has received:
"drink more green tea, and have antidepressant effects."

I know green tea is good for the human body, and drinking green tea is better than drinking alcohol to paralyze yourself.
but my anxiety is that too much green tea will not drown.
drink lots of green tea. My depression is still there. I just go to the bathroom more frequently.
