Re: into the Confucious'Temple of Ji'nan
the stone stele [/u] in Confucious'temple has a long history from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty in. It is worth mentioning that in the archaeological excavation, the Confucious'Temple of Ji'nan also unearthed the largest ancient "leading tablet head" in ancient China, which is more than two meters high. It is inferred that the body of the tablet will be very large. At present, the stele and stele of this stone tablet have never been known, or have been smashed, destroyed, or hidden somewhere under the Confucious'temple. It was the age of the tablet that aroused the curiosity of experts. Li Ming, director of the Archaeological Institute of Ji'nan, believed that it might be the relics of the Yuan Dynasty. He introduced that the ancient stone monuments were built after the approval of the feudal ruling institutions. The construction specifications had a strict standard of etiquette. The appearance of such a huge monument showed that the rulers at that time paid attention to the Fu Xuewen temple.
the west side of the Dacheng hall has a stele with a height of 2.2 meters and 0.82 meters wide. The book "Longmen" has two big grass characters and dragon dance. According to the textual research, this is the stone carving of the early Qing Dynasty. The above two big words were made in one word. It looked like a word. In fact, it was made up of two words together. It was very useful. According to the "Ji'nan Golden Stone", the "Longmen" stone inscription was originally the Mount Emei. Next, he was brought to Ji'nan to imitate and engraved with "Xu Zhai Zhang Gong". At that time, the stone inscription was located in the west wall of the school of Dacheng Dacheng. The "Longmen tablet" has a high artistic value. Later it was stored in the Min Ziqian cemetery and returned to the Confucious'temple. This tablet is rather peculiar. The characters on it are eyed like "dragon" and "gate". According to the inscription, the author of "Longmen" is a "Yishui man", meaning a carp jumping dragon gate.
2003, Li Ming, who was still working in the archaeological Department of the Ji'nan City Museum, excavated two pieces of stone inscribed with Confucius in the north wall of the Confucious'Temple great hall. The stone monument was carved by Confucius in the Qing Dynasty by the Tang Dynasty "painting saint" Wu Daozi. After the stone tablets were unearthed, they were transported to the Ji'nan Museum and repaired under the auspices of Li Ming. Nowadays, viewers can see its elegant demeanor from the city museum.
