paper mill west area project is divided into two plots, one is located on the east side of Ji Gong Road, east to East Industrial and commercial River Road, South to Shandong Paper General Factory West factory dormitory, north to middle Heng mall. The two plot is located at 11, 19 and 41 Traffic Street of Dikou road. In March 2016, a letter of intent was signed between run Yi group, Lu Jin real estate, state owned Assets Investment Co., Ltd. and district government. Lu Jin group has paid 300 million yuan for land mortgage, restructuring debts, resettlement of workers and so on, and is coordinating land expropriation work.
