it is understood that large sports venues in Shandong have been open to the public free of charge or low fees since 2014. In order to further encourage free or low charge open work to the various libraries and strengthen the link between the allocation of funds and performance, the Shandong provincial finance Council and the Provincial Sports Bureau, on the basis of consideration of the facilities in each gymnasium and the financial resources of East, middle and West, examine the situation of free and low charge open work for each library in 2014, and examine each library for every examination. The scores were aggregated and ranked by factor method. According to the regulations on the management of free and low charge open subsidy funds for large sports venues, the award funds will be used in various libraries to carry out basic public sports service projects, including daily maintenance of sports venues, energy costs, public welfare sports activities, new facilities and equipment, and improvement of operating environment, and so on.
