Re: reminiscence of one hundred years of Ji'nan image series: old and old streets, contrasting old and new
the Confucious'Temple of Ji'nan, located in the Hunan side of Daming, was built in the Northern Song Xi Ning period (1068~1077 years), and Ming Hongwu was rebuilt for two years (1369). During the period of the Republic of China, more than thirty times were built and repaired. The buildings are located in the north and south. The main buildings are the grand gate, the lattice gate, the pan pool, the great hall, the Ming Lun hall and the Zun Jing Pavilion. It is the center of the culture and education of Ji'nan in the past dynasties. After the abolition of the imperial examinations in the Republic of China, the Confucious'Temple gradually declined. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the northern part of Confucious'temple was Daming Lake Primary School, and most of the buildings were demolished. The remaining Dacheng hall was used as a auditorium by the school, which was discontinued due to disrepair. The southern Dacheng gate and the shadow wall are occupied by street factories.
