In October 2007, the latest comprehensive management plan for Xiaoqing River was formally promulgated. In October 1, 2011, the Xiaoqing River was navigable for more than ten years after its failure. The navigable reach is located between the five sluice gates and the Hong Yuan control gate, which is about 9 km long. Through 31 Landscape Bridges and 4 wharves, we arrive at Hongyuan control gate.
