Ji'nan Zhongshan Park was built in 1904, it was called the commercial port Park, later renamed Zhongshan Park. It is the first modern park built for the people in Shandong and the whole country. It is also the first playplace named in the park in Shandong Province, so it is known as "the earliest amusement place in Shandong". The people who grew up in Ji'nan are not strangers to this park in the old commercial port blocks of the city.
