The National Wetland Park in Ji'nan is located in the western part of the downtown area of the city. In the East, the Yuqing lake reservoir, the South linjiping canal, the West Linkao Road, the north the Yellow River sinking sand pool, the Huaiyin area and the Changqing District, with a total planning area of 33.4 square kilometers, and more than 90% of the area in the Changqing area, the total investment plan is 2 billion yuan. It is divided into seven functional areas, such as drinking water source protection, wetland ecological restoration and conservation, Yufu River spillway protection, wetland ecological appreciation, folk customs experience display, pastoral scenery experience sightseeing, management service and so on. In 2011, the State Forestry Administration formally approved the general plan of Jixi National Wetland Park. It is understood that after several years of construction, the first phase of the project has basically ended. Some parks will open parks in October of this year. Tourists can visit the park free of charge and enjoy the scenery of Jixi wetland.
