In terms of security, Ji'nan will also establish a diversified fund guarantee mechanism that combines government input and social input. It will arrange special funds by the Ji'nan municipal government of Shandong Province, and focus on supporting the declaration and establishment, planning, infrastructure construction and daily management of scenic spots.
