网上查了查，原来是网站目录的php.ini文件没有设置date.timezone的缘故
用文本编辑器(比如记事本)打开你网站下的php.ini文件,
添加一行代码
[code]date.timezone = "Etc/GMT+8"[/code]
即可解决
